Return & Exchange Policy
- Our abayas are custom-made according to your order. In accordance with the Executive Regulations of the E-Commerce Law, products made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.
- To ensure product quality, we allow returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or do not match your order. This must be done within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- In case of any defect, the defect must be clarified by attaching a photo.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 3-day period.
- The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a return or exchange to ensure its condition.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Loose threads from stitching are not considered a defect requiring a return or exchange, as they can be easily trimmed by the customer.
