2. The consumer agrees that in case of violating this article, they bear the consequences of such violation before others.

1. The consumer is committed to using the store’s electronic platform in accordance with public ethics and the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The consumer, when purchasing a service or product from this store, is committed not to use this service or product in a way that violates public ethics or the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations:
Upon applying to join as a member of this store as a user, you are committed to providing specific information and choosing a username and password to use when accessing the store’s services. By doing so, you agree to:
1. Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to immediately notify this store of any unauthorized use of your account information or any other breach of your confidential information.
2. The store shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any direct or indirect material or moral loss resulting from the disclosure of the consumer’s name or password.

5. You are committed to providing accurate, true, updated, complete, and legal information about yourself as required during registration and to update your information in case of any change.

3. The store may impose fees on certain consumers depending on the offers, products, or services they request or any fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.
4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or discount any fees or expenses under the provisions of this agreement for any consumers, regardless of the reason for their registration.

4. The store is committed to providing standard accounting practices in its electronic store in accordance with this agreement and the legal, economic, commercial, and organizational interests it entails.

3. The store and its employees, owners, and representatives guarantee that the product or service is legal, legitimate, authorized according to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and used for lawful purposes.

Article Eleven – Restriction of Access or Membership:
The store may suspend or cancel a consumer’s membership or restrict their access to the platform services at any time, without prior notice and for any reason, without specification.

This Terms of Use agreement is governed and drafted according to the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is fully subject to the authorities in Saudi Arabia.

2. This agreement – which may be amended from time to time – constitutes the Terms of Use and the mechanism of work, understanding, agreement, and contract between the store and the consumer. The parties agree to the following:
1. Arabic is the official language for interpreting the provisions of this agreement or when translating it into another language.
2. All prices displayed for products or services may change from time to time.
3. Promotional or marketing offers provided by the store are temporary, and the store has the right to modify or stop them at any time.
4. The parties agree to interact in a manner that does not violate Sharia rules, regulations, and laws applicable to transactions between the store and the consumer.
5. This Terms of Use agreement can only be canceled by a decision issued by the store management.
